Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for technical positions within our organization.
Your main duties will include collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
