Job Description
Zenyst is currently looking for accomplished individuals to join us as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying, evaluating, and enticing highly proficient technical experts to join our consulting teams.
Job Description:
- Conduct interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates’ competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
- Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals to strengthen our talent pool.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and project leads to understand their technical staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as online job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and industry events to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
Requirements and Skills:
- Qualifications: BBA/MBA in HR or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Technical Recruiter (preferably in a Software House/Digital Services Agency).
- Thorough understanding of technical roles, including software developers, website developers, data analysts, IT consultants, and more.
- Proficiency in technical skills and exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: 4 pm – 1 am PKT
Location: PECHS Block 2, Near Fortune Towers, Shahrah-e-Faisal
