Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role located in Islamabad. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, problem-solving, and effective communication with clients and team members. You will work within an interdisciplinary team dedicated to promoting, selling, and delivering clean energy products and solutions. Key responsibilities include building long-term relationships with clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data for problem-solving and trend identification.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and gather customer feedback.
- Experience with CRM software, Solar PV system, and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation, salesmanship, and business acumen.
- Fluent in both English and Urdu, additional language skills are preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
