Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage Test and Measurement Business (Major Keysight)
- Introduction of Test and Measurement products to clients
- Presales, Sales, and support of Test and Measurement Business.
- Customer Visit for T&M Business development discuss & understand requirements and propose products/solution. Products Configuration technical proposal preparation and submission.
- Budgetary/Tender proposal submission and follow up on each quote regularly.
- Coordination with clients regarding their leads and tender requirements
- Coordination with MTC/KT/OEMs with regards to Tender /leads
- Handle all leads from Keysight follow up, to maintain record and to update OEM.
- Follow up on installation, commissioning, and execution of projects
- Conducting weekly or monthly sales review activity with MTC/KT.
- Handle after Sale support issues from customer and take application Team/OEM.
- Suggest conducting marketing events, seminars, workshop/Demos
- Arrange the installation of supplied items and on-site training to the customers with the help of Technical Support/Application Engineers.
- Keep an update on current and new products and solutions being introduced by MTC/KT.
- Monitor and understand competitor strength, weakness and strategy, and suggest feedback to counter competitors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineer
- 3-5 years of proven experience and proficiency in working with Keysight brand products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
