Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, creating and delivering technical sales presentations, helping customers resolve technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales. The Technical Sales Engineer will also be responsible for actively engaging with customers to identify new sales opportunities and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent technical sales skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Strong technical support skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong sales engineering skills, including the ability to design and present technical solutions to customers
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or technical support is preferred
- Experience in the related industry is highly beneficial
