Job Description
Syngenta Crop Protection is hiring a Technical Sales Officer to increase territory revenue through demand generation, channel development, and leadership of the field team. The role requires meeting budgeted sales targets, maintaining forecast accuracy above 80%, running demonstrations and campaigns, managing channel inventory and customer complaints, and expanding geographic reach and partnerships.
- Lead and coach field officers; allocate resources to maximize impact.
- Develop and nurture relationships with growers, market vendors, value‑chain partners, and officials.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture (plant breeding, horticulture, agronomy, entomology, soil science, plant pathology, or extension); 2–4 years relevant experience; MBA (Agriculture) preferred.
