Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product technical support in Pakistan, including quick response to customers’ after-sales issues. Travel required.
- Guide and support installation, monitoring, and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations.
- Translate technical information, collect global product data, and provide feedback to headquarters.
- Conduct product & after-sales training for distributors and installers.
Job requirements:
- Preferably major in power electronics or electrical engineering. Technician experience/certificate preferred.
- Proficient in English, with legal work permit in Pakistan.
- Strong computer skills and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and execution skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
