Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team in the Accounting department.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing technical assistance and support to users experiencing software or hardware issues related to accounting software.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and enhancements specific to accounting functions.
- Configuring and maintaining accounting software systems.
- Training end-users on the usage of accounting software and related tools.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
