Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat, and email.
  • Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
  • Setting up AD accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Hands-on experience with Ticketing system ManageEngine Service Desk.
  • Support for Microsoft products such as Office 365.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • OS Support – Microsoft Windows & Linux.
  • Video Conference Handling via Cisco WebEx and MS Teams.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support position.
  • Knowledge of Desktops, Laptops, and Servers.
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems Windows 10, Windows 11 & Linux.
  • Knowledge of Active directory & Microsoft O365.
  • Knowledge of networking technologies i.e. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN.
