Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat, and email.
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
- Setting up AD accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Hands-on experience with Ticketing system ManageEngine Service Desk.
- Support for Microsoft products such as Office 365.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- OS Support – Microsoft Windows & Linux.
- Video Conference Handling via Cisco WebEx and MS Teams.
Skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support position.
- Knowledge of Desktops, Laptops, and Servers.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems Windows 10, Windows 11 & Linux.
- Knowledge of Active directory & Microsoft O365.
- Knowledge of networking technologies i.e. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN.
