Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Experience in configuring and supporting Microsoft 365
- Implementing Microsoft apps like MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook
- Experience with Firewalls
- Implementing security best practices in Microsoft 365 and network firewall
- Installing and troubleshooting Windows 10 Professional
- Providing technical support on Integriti website and client websites
- Installing and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
- Ensuring IT security and monitoring
- Planning maintenance upgrades and managing software licenses
- Managing equipment and supplies stocks
- Supporting network traffic and addressing network issues
- Diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Setting up staff accounts and responding to breakdowns
- Staying updated on IT trends and willingness to work flexible hours
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science
- 6 months-2 years of IT work experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Working days and timings:
Monday – Friday
Working timings 4PM-12AM
