Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Center Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical support operations to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of technical support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve support processes and response times.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
- Analyzing support data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, with strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a technical support center.
