Job Description
Join Eurosoft Tech Private Limited as a Technical Support Consultant! In this role, you will be responsible for remote technical troubleshooting, handling support tickets, and providing assistance to customers primarily in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia. Your expertise in software and communication will be crucial in resolving customer queries through calls and emails.
Required Experience: Candidates must have knowledge in software support, excellent spoken and written English, and a degree in Computer Science. An extroverted personality and good analytical skills are highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and annual leave.
