Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Consultant. The Technical Support Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer support skills. The consultant will collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and provide technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
