Job Description

Requirement & Responsibilities:
- Eastern Time shift for US-based customers.
- Customer-focused individuals with real-time customer interaction skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Zendesk.
The ideal candidate will configure and troubleshoot products, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. Qualifications include 2+ years of technical support experience, customer service skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
