Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers’ technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in a complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems
- Supporting and maintaining Desktops and MS Exchange. Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
- Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date
- Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
- Fault finding to laptops and desktops
- Completing administrative level support duties
- Escalating IT issues to the L2 where necessary
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops, and laptops
- Completing internal user moves including phones
- Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ of technical support experience
- Customer service-oriented
- Strong written verbal and troubleshooting skills
- CCNA/ Other certification
