Job Description
Summary: A Technical Support Engineer at H-Tech Supports will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues promptly. Responsibilities include working with various systems, software, and hardware and following escalation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find solutions
- Follow escalation procedures
- Provide prompt feedback
- Ensure proper issue closure
- Prepare accurate reports
- Document knowledge in tech notes
Requirements:
- BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 0-6 months experience in technical support
- In-depth product knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-dealing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Timings: 12 pm – 9 pm
