Job Description
NetSol CONNECT is looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support Engineer position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer issues and see them through resolution.
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, and online chat.
- Troubleshoot network issues using remote desktop sessions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft OS.
Requirements:
- BS degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience in technical support or IT.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer.
Salary: $40k to $55k with benefits.
