Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and email based problem-solving support for installers and customers.
- Generate cases via CRM to track and resolve customer enquiries.
- Answer technical product enquiries.
- Liaise with service, sales, and repair center departments efficiently.
- Develop, update, and manage technical documentation for product commissioning.
- Assist in developing the technical support process of the business.
- Participate in Sales Exhibitions and Trade Fairs.
- Liaise with Technical Support International.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in electronic engineering and renewable energy.
- Solid technical understanding of inverters and batteries.
- Eagerness to support customers with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in inter-department communication and coordination preferred.
- Proficient in English and Urdu languages.
