Job Description
We are actively seeking 4x proficient and client-oriented Technical Support Engineers to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the robustness of our technical infrastructure and delivering exceptional support to our valued clients. If you possess advanced English language skills, effective communication abilities, and expertise in networking technologies, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Network Support:
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and various network devices.
- Address issues pertaining to firewalls, VPN, SIP, DNS, and other essential networking components.
- Install and deploy VPN solutions within Docker environments.
- Set up virtual machines and perform configurations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Knowledge of Virtualization.
VOIP Services:
- Demonstrate expertise in VOIP services, including PBX systems and SIP trunking.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve complex VOIP-related challenges.
- Proficiency in IP telephony systems, having familiarity with leading IP phone brands, including Yealink, Poly, and Cisco.
Broadband Technologies:
- Conduct troubleshooting of broadband technologies, such as FTTP, FTTC, FTTX.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize broadband performance.
- Proficient in configuring routers for optimal network performance.
- Experience with setting up routing protocols, IP addressing, and subnetting.
- Familiarity with configuring switches to ensure efficient data flow within networks.
- Understanding of VLANs, PPoE & PPoA, and port security.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required. Proficiency in English is essential, and candidates must be capable of commuting to the office and committing to a 10-hour shift 5 days a week.
