Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responding to and resolving complex customer issues
- Identifying root causes of problems through effective questioning
- Debugging software and hardware issues
- Performing manual quality assurance and device debugging
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and solutions
- Leading a team of support resources
- Conducting training sessions for clients
- Documenting interactions in CRM system
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and SLAs
- Updating technical documentation
Basic Requirements:
- English fluency
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SaaS and IoT platforms
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to new technologies
- Knowledge of QA and testing methods
Nice-to-have Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
