Job Description
Inbox Business Technologies, a leading IT and services company, is seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our team. As a Technical Support Officer, you will provide technical assistance to clients, diagnose hardware/software issues, troubleshoot network problems, and offer guidance on solutions.
We are looking for a candidate with strong problem-solving and communication skills, able to work well under pressure. Previous technical support experience and a degree in Computer Science are preferred. If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Graduate or DAE in Computer Science
- 0-3 years experience in IT Service Desk
- Effective communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware and networks
- Root cause analysis ability
- Good command of English
- Task management and customer handling skills
- 24/7 IT Support (Rotation based Duty)
- Own transport required
