The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their technical issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Providing first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Triaging and prioritizing technical issues according to their severity
- Recording all client interactions and problem resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborating with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on client devices
- Evaluating and recommending solutions to clients to ensure their continued satisfaction
- Proactively monitoring and addressing technical issues before they become problems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical users
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, managing competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems is a plus
