The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their technical issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Triaging and prioritizing technical issues according to their severity
  • Recording all client interactions and problem resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on client devices
  • Evaluating and recommending solutions to clients to ensure their continued satisfaction
  • Proactively monitoring and addressing technical issues before they become problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical users
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, managing competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems is a plus
