Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Representative. The primary role of the Technical Support Representative will be to provide technical assistance to customers through phone, email, and online communication channels. The Technical Support Representative will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and responsive support.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support and Technical Support
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, or equivalent degree is preferable.
- Experience with ERP platforms is a plus
