Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading Telecom Company, is seeking a Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join our Technical Support Services team.
As a CPA, you will be responsible for:
- Phone line installation and troubleshooting
- Internet cable installation and troubleshooting
- TV Fiber cable installation and troubleshooting
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Age: Below 35
- Education: DAE in Electrical/Electronics/IT (3-year diploma)
- Bicycle is mandatory
Salary: Rs32,00.00 per month
Benefits: Medical insurance provided
Job Type: Full-time
License/Certification: DAE of 3 Years in Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/IT (Required)
