Job Description
3S Solutions is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support to customers. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
- Coordinate with technical staff to expedite issue resolution.
- Handle patching activities efficiently.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions.
- Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training and mentoring support representatives.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of technical support experience.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
