Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support for our portal and MySQL databases. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless portal functionality, and delivering top-notch support to clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues related to our portal.
