Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IrisVision. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support and assistance to our customers regarding billing and support inquiries.
Your main tasks will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing prompt resolution to their technical issues.
- Assisting customers in understanding our billing system and resolving any billing-related concerns.
- Collaborating with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system.
To excel in this position, you should have a solid technical background and excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
