Job Description
Join our Operations department at ibex as a Technical Support Specialist! You will provide solutions to technical problems and assist customers with claim resolutions over the phone. We value personality, passion, and work ethic in engaging with international clients.
Your responsibilities include guiding customers through the claim filing process, delivering excellent service, and troubleshooting product issues. A Levels/Intermediate or above is required, along with excellent English communication skills and an IT background.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay of Rs100,00.00 – Rs125,00.00.
