Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting basic issues related to the integration of email marketing platforms with websites such as WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify. Additionally, candidates should have an understanding of Zapier integrations and be capable of providing effective technical support to our customers. Knowledge of HTML and Javascript is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via email, tickets, and online meet sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to the integration of email marketing platforms with websites.
- Assist customers with setting up and configuring Zapier integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document support interactions and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to email marketing and integration technologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer support experience and streamline processes.
