Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical System Analyst who will oversee the technological advancements including architectural and technical aspects of the Product development after considering the technical requirements and priorities suggested by the Product Management. The position will be involved in requirement gathering from other teams including but not limited to business analysts, developers, and clients after identifying areas for improvement. He will act as a change agent in the process of achieving the company’s bottom-line goals and should be able to guide the development team on how the functionality should be implemented.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing existing systems and processes being used in the company.
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Must be familiar with Database-level configuration, API Configuration, and technical-level configurations.
- Identify the key bottlenecks in the existing systems and suggest technical changes.
- Must know SQL query structure and views from a technical perspective.
- Documenting technical implementation plan and shortcomings after monitoring the overall infrastructure.
- Adding functionality to existing systems.
Technical skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant program.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in collecting requirements, performance data, and reporting.
- Manage technical implementation of the system and act as a bridge between Front End, Back End, and Product Management.
- Understanding of key business functions and overall Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of cloud deployment (Azure primarily).
- Proficiency in SQL queries, databases, and API Configurations.
- Ability to adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
