- Independently conducting initial technical interviews, assessing candidates’ technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall suitability for specific tech roles
- Developing and refining recruitment strategies tailored to the tech industry, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Collaborating with clients to deeply understand their technical hiring needs and culture
- Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements to inform recruitment strategies and interview processes
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering
- Providing insightful feedback and recommendations to both clients and candidates, ensuring a transparent and efficient hiring process
- Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to source and engage with potential candidates
- Following processes and updating progress on ATS
