Job Description
Core Responsibilities
1. Document Drafting, Review, Formatting, and writing clear and concise different types of reports.
2. Manage email communication and correspondence, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, client presentations, and executive briefings.
4. Implement and maintain an effective document control system to ensure accurate and efficient management of all company documents and records.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent English language command in both speaking and writing.
5. Ability to write clear and concise different types of reports, email communication, document formatting, and management.
