Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technology Operations Manager. The Technology Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the restaurant’s computer systems and operations. The Technology Operations Manager will supervise all IT operations staff and ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant’s computer systems.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Information Technology, and Operations Management skills
- Experience in Program Management and Project Management
- Experience in managing computer systems and IT staff
- Experience with POS systems and other restaurant technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or related field
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Well knowledge of MS Excel
- Prefer Experience Person
