Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Telemarketing Executive to oversee both inbound and outbound calls. The successful candidate will assist clients, provide detailed product information, and play an essential role in supporting our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-up purposes.
- Manage inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Deliver precise product information to customers.
- Maintain and update CRM records effectively.
- Achieve designated call targets.
Requirements: High school diploma; previous experience in telemarketing is an advantage; strong communication skills are essential.
