Company Description
Sundas Foundation is one of the largest blood transfusion and healthcare networks in Pakistan, established in 1998 as a Blood Transfusion Center. The foundation has supplied over 406,482 units of healthy and screened blood and blood products to Thalassemia and Hemophilia patients.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Representative at Sundas Foundation in Sargodha. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for daily telemarketing activities, including customer service, phone etiquette, customer support, communication, and sales.
Qualifications
- Customer service, communication, and phone etiquette skills
- Proven experience in customer support, telemarketing
- Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Bachelor’s degree or intermediate
