Job Description
Enrichers Investment Group is on the lookout for a driven Telemarketing Sales Representative. In this vital position, you will engage with prospective customers to promote and sell our diverse range of products and services, with the goal of generating sales leads and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to present products and secure sales.
- Research to identify and qualify leads.
- Craft and deliver personalized sales pitches.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture potential leads.
- Ensure accuracy in records maintained within CRM systems.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred. Strong communication skills and prior sales experience are essential.
Salary: $40,00 – $60,00 plus commission (10-14%).
