Job Description
Brickclay is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Specialist to bolster our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, setting appointments, and closing sales for our clients. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, fluent in English, and adept at managing a high volume of calls while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
- Promote our services and present customized solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, responding to inquiries confidently.
- Arrange qualified meetings or demonstrations for our sales team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of telemarketing experience (UK/USA campaigns preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English; neutral accent preferred.
- Availability to work night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
