Job Description
Answer customer calls, resolve customer issues, and provide service.
Handle customer complaints and issues and follow up to resolve them in a timely manner.
Provide accurate and timely information and advice to customers.
Record customer information and communication to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records.
Comply with the service standards and processes set by the company to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Conduct surveys and callbacks: conduct customer satisfaction surveys as well as callbacks after issues are addressed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Completing other tasks assigned by the leader: completing other related work tasks according to the arrangement of the leader.
