Job Description
FulfillKaro is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential eCommerce sellers and effectively convert leads into valuable customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to communicate our services effectively.
- Follow up on leads diligently to secure sales and strengthen customer relationships.
- Track and report calls and conversion metrics accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, ideally within logistics or eCommerce sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in Urdu.
