Job Description
Penta Express seeks a Telesales Executive to make outbound calls, introduce services, generate and nurture leads, update customer records in CRM, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The role requires building strong client relationships and collaborating with sales and marketing to implement effective strategies.
- Experience: Fresh candidates or up to 1 year in telesales/telemarketing.
- Skills: Excellent verbal English and Urdu, negotiation and closing ability, organized, able to work under pressure.
- Preferences: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM; bachelor’s degree preferred (intermediate with relevant experience considered).
- Location: Brooks Chowrangi, Korangi Industrial Area. Full-time, in-person.
