Job Description: NSOL BPO seeks a dynamic Telesales Specialist with a British English accent. Responsibilities include outbound sales calls, promoting products/services, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to English-speaking clients.
- Persuasively present and sell products/services.
- Develop positive customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Handle objections and maintain CRM records.
Requirements:
- Telesales experience with strong British accent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Good negotiation skills and CRM familiarity.
- High school diploma; sales/marketing education a plus.
