Job Description
Job Purpose:
EPICO’s property portfolio includes various residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with tenants, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintenance: Coordinate property repairs and maintenance requests to meet tenant satisfaction.
- Property Inspection: Conduct regular inspections and report findings to management for action.
- Administration: Prepare reports to ensure compliance with tenancy rules and regulations.
- Customer Relationship: Manage tenant relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property leasing in the UAE market.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
