Job Description
The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within a specific geographical area. They will be in charge of building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the territory.
- Assessing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of achieving sales targets are highly desirable.
