Job Description
The ideal candidate will guide the organization’s sales force by reviewing sales results, pursuing effective training, and setting goals for sales teams. This candidate should have an ability to understand customers’ needs in a given territory and educate the sales force on effective sales techniques for the area. Experience Required: – 5+ years of Sales Experience in Lubricants and Retail Fuels – Strong communication skills – Drive for the results – Stakeholder Management Business development: – Solicit, evaluate and set up DIFM (Oil Change facilities) in North Punjab & Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) – Sustain and grow volumes in designated area to achieve business plan commitments and growth objectives. Sales Operations and Channel Partner Management: – Achieve the Sales & NOI targets for the area of responsibility and increase Chevron’s share of wallet. – Ensure on-site execution meets Chevron standards while achieving all financial and operations metrics. – Ensuring timely renewal and development and signing of contracts. – Implementation of marketing activities and staff trainings on site. Assist in Distributor Support Activities: – Implement/deploy distributor programs, trainings & marketing activities for the distributor channel. – Support Retail Lubricant sales via fuel stations.
