Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our Territory Manager/Business Development Manager is responsible for managing distributors, developing business in the designated territory, and ensuring efficient distribution operations for new food operators. If you are passionate about driving impactful change and have a deep understanding of Food Service sales, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop business relationships with food service channels like Bakery, Hotels, and Restaurants.
- Drive sales growth and coordinate operational plans with distributors/customers.
- Negotiate for Joint Business planning and optimize routes for DSRs.
- Support digital transformation and analyze post-execution processes.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Positive attitude towards plant-based future.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Ability to strategize, execute, and stay updated with market insights.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-4 years of sales experience in FMCG industry preferred.
- Background in food service is a plus.
