ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our Territory Manager at Steps Ahead Pakistan in Chakwal is the front-line leader overseeing distributors and trade in the designated territory. Responsibilities include ensuring effective distribution operations, achieving sales targets, and driving growth through digital transformation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive business growth and sales volume.
  • Enhance competitive visibility in stores.
  • Coordinate operational plans with distributors/customers.
  • Negotiate Joint Business planning with customers.
  • Plan and manage routes for DSRs efficiently.
  • Support digital transformation strategy.
  • Manage financial metrics and team development.
  • Uphold Key Performance Indicators and drive post-execution analysis.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
