ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our Territory Manager at Steps Ahead Pakistan in Chakwal is the front-line leader overseeing distributors and trade in the designated territory. Responsibilities include ensuring effective distribution operations, achieving sales targets, and driving growth through digital transformation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive business growth and sales volume.
- Enhance competitive visibility in stores.
- Coordinate operational plans with distributors/customers.
- Negotiate Joint Business planning with customers.
- Plan and manage routes for DSRs efficiently.
- Support digital transformation strategy.
- Manage financial metrics and team development.
- Uphold Key Performance Indicators and drive post-execution analysis.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Business and financial acumen.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
