ROLE OVERVIEW: Our Territory Manager oversees distributors and trade in the designated area to ensure efficient distribution operations and meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to dive into the world of sales and drive purposeful growth through digital transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales growth
  • Increase competitive store visibility
  • Coordinate operational plans with distributors/customers
  • Negotiate joint business plans with customers
  • Plan eRTM and optimize routes
  • Support digital transformation
  • Understand financial metrics
  • Develop and lead the team
  • Meet business KPIs
  • Analyze and refine processes
