ROLE OVERVIEW: Our Territory Manager oversees distributors and trade in the designated area to ensure efficient distribution operations and meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to dive into the world of sales and drive purposeful growth through digital transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth
- Increase competitive store visibility
- Coordinate operational plans with distributors/customers
- Negotiate joint business plans with customers
- Plan eRTM and optimize routes
- Support digital transformation
- Understand financial metrics
- Develop and lead the team
- Meet business KPIs
- Analyze and refine processes
