Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our Territory Manager is a key leader responsible for managing distributors and trade in the designated territory. The role involves ensuring effective distribution operations, meeting sales targets, and contributing to our growth and digital transformation agenda.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth and volume.
- Enhance competitive visibility in stores.
- Coordinate operational plans with Distributors/Customers.
- Negotiate for Joint Business planning.
- Efficiently manage routes for DSRs.
- Support digital transformation strategy.
- Demonstrate financial acumen.
- Lead and develop a team.
- Ensure business KPIs are met.
- Analyze processes for continuous improvement.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Market knowledge and strategic capabilities.
