Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our Territory Manager is the front-line leader responsible for managing distributors and trade in the designated territory. The role entails ensuring effective distribution operations, achieving sales targets, and driving growth through digital transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth and volume.
- Enhance competitive visibility in stores.
- Coordinate operational plans with distributors/customers.
- Negotiate joint business planning with customers.
- Plan and manage eRTM efficiently.
- Support digital transformation in the territory.
- Analyze business profitability and gross margin.
- Build and develop a talented team.
- Uphold key performance indicators.
- Conduct post-execution analysis with analytical skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Market-savvy with the ability to strategize and execute effectively.
- Knowledgeable about competition insights.
- Display accountability, responsibility, and a bias for action.
