Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience, FMCG preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate distributors’ financial credibility before onboarding to ensure sales target achievement.
- Coordinate daily with distributors for order receipt and timely product supply.
- Negotiate flexible payment terms with distributors to boost sales and resolve payment issues.
- Ensure adherence to organization SOPs regarding distributors and minimize damaged goods risk.
- Monitor distribution process for timely delivery and sales generation.
- Coordinate with retailers to ensure product availability and generate sales revenue.
- Secure advance bookings with wholesalers and ensure availability of premium and regular products.
- Monitor sales team to implement FIFO and SOPs for customer management.
- Receive and breakdown yearly sales targets into monthly goals for the team.
- Analyze area history and market potential to assign targets.
- Monitor daily sales targets, provide visibility on promotions, and ensure product availability.
- Conduct end-of-day meetings to track daily targets.
- Identify and address training needs for staff development.
- Manage performance through objective setting, support, feedback, and formal appraisals.
- Provide guidance for employee development and career planning.
- Lead, coach, and promote seamless interaction within the team.
